Typical pull is the median: half of all pulls from that pool land at or below it. We lead with this rather than the average because the average of a pack pool is not a number anyone experiences. A handful of chase cards drag the mean far above what a typical buyer sees, so quoting it next to the price would flatter every pack on this page. The per-pack breakdown shows the average too, labelled for what it is.
Beat the price is the probability that the card you receive is estimated above what you paid for the pack. For most packs this is well under half. You should expect to lose money on any individual pack. Buy one because ripping it is fun and the card is real, not as an investment.
Chase odds are the combined draw weight of the chase cards divided by the total weight of the pool. As commons are pulled the remaining weight shrinks, so chase odds improve over the life of a pool.
Estimated market value is our own estimate, with its source and confidence recorded for every card. It is not an appraisal or a guarantee of what you could sell a card for elsewhere.
Buyback rate is the percentage of that same estimated market value we pay in cash, instantly. One number, one source: the estimate we show you is the estimate the offer is computed from. The exact offer is frozen when it is shown to you and stays binding for its stated window.
How the draw works — every opening can be recomputed from published data.
